We understand that being new to CrossFit can be intimidating. Especially when you walk into a gym and it seems as though everyone is speaking a different language, there are three workouts on the board and one seems to be named after a random guy or gal. We promise you CAN do this!

Our owners and coaches are able to scale any workout to fit your fitness level. No need to be "in shape" before coming into our box. Your health is an investment not an expense, and no extra charge for camaraderie.

Use our online portal to reserve a FREE trial consisting of 3 classes then show up ready to workout with us!

Option 2

Without reserving just show up to any of our class times ready to workout! It’s recommended to come 5-10min before class to introduce yourself and fill out a waiver. 3 FREE classes are always offered.
